John Okafor....My Ex Wife Killed my Son,Nwn She Wants Me Dead

In January 2011, popular Nollywood actor John Okafor's wife and 1 year old son, Mandela Okafor (both pictured above), were kidnapped and held in captivity for 10 days. Then exactly one year later, 2 year old Mandela died in mysterious circumstances. John Okafor later revealed in an interview that his son died from food poisoning.

In an interview with Entertainment Express yesterday, Mr Okafor accused his ex-wife of poisoning Mandela and also trying to kill him. What he said below:

"My ex-wife and her cohorts planned and kidnapped my wife and child; they were later released after 10 days. I paid the ransom and they came home twelve hours later. That child died a year later through poison. The facts later came out but I don't want to act on it now. She has made several attempts on my life and that of my immediate family. You will be surprised the day you hear what really happened, but I don't want to go into details now'

Ex Lagos Councillor Stabbs 18 yr Old Girl For Refusing His Advances

A former councillor of Amuwo-Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State, Onimole Babatunde, is currently being detained at the Area E Police Command, Festac, Lagos for allegedly stabbing an 18-year-old girl in the neck after she refused his advances at a night club.

On October 26, Mariam Abubakar (pictured above) went to Pearl Habour Night Club in Rochester Garden Hotel, Festac to “catch weekend fun.” Her friend, who pleaded anonymity, said they only went there “to hang out” when Babatunde, who was obviously drunk, started to make advances to Abubakar.

Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state has ordered the immediate closure of nudity clubs in the state, describing their existence as “strange and devilish”. Okorocha, who gave the order in Owerri on Wednesday at the end of the meeting of the state Security Council, said that the operation of nudity clubs debased Igbo culture.

Nolly Wood Actor ...Peter Eneh Loses One Leg

Extremely sad news coming from the home of veteran actor, Pete Eneh. Just heard from reliable sources that doctors at Parklane Hospital Enugu had no choice but to amputate one of his legs in order to save his life.

The veteran actor was said to have sustained some kind of injury last year, and because he didn't take proper care of it, it led to serious infection that became hard to treat. The injury was said to have degenerated to a sore and because Mr Eneh was diabetic, it refused to heal. He spent three months at the hospital before he was advised to amputate the leg before the infection spread to other parts of his body.

The amputation took place on Wednesday October 24th after all efforts to save the leg was unsuccessful. Pete Eneh is said to be dealing with it well.
