JOSEPH YOBO ejects his MOTHER-IN-LAW from his house

The marriage of Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria 2008, Adaeze Igwe and Super Eagles captain Joseph Yobo is at the moment experiencing some turbulence, according to the National Enquirer. The love birds who got married in a hush manner, barely three months after meeting in December 2009 are said to be patching things so as not to caught the attention of the press and public in general.
According to impeccable sources close to the Yobos, the reason for the squabbles is highly connected to Adaeze's mother, Mrs. Abigail Igwe now Fashanu after she married the former Footballer turned business man in 2011.
Joseph Yobo and Adaeze's mum our grapevine revealed became sworn enemies when the Fernabarche of Turkey skipper got wind of her plans to crash his marriage.

Taiye Taiwo in Tax mess

Super Eagles defender Taiye Taiwo has been indicted in France on tax fraud charges. French authorities say the 28 year old player is owing them €1,025,000 in tax after failing to pay his income taxes in 2008, 2009 and his property taxes in 2011.
Taiwo owns a €600,000 mansion in Allauch, Marseille and the French authority say they plan to seize the home and auction it.
Taiwo, currently plays for Turkish football club Bursaspor but once played for French club, Olympique de Marseille from 2005 to 2011. He is yet to respond to the charges.

The fiery-tale wedding of highly successful Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele [popularly known as Jenifa] has ended! the estranged couples problems started some months back and that it got to its peak few weeks ago when things got worse...
An insider said Funke was actually deceived into the marriage my Mr Oloyede, who didn't reveal all about his (past and present) life to her, thus taking advantage of her simple attitude.

They butchered an innocent man like an animal. He was almost beheaded. This is the height of wickedness and man's inhumanity to man," one of the members of the church stated.

Wife of the President, Mrs. Patience Jonathan, on Friday took on Prof. Wole Soyinka, for attributing the crisis in the Rivers House of Assembly to her.
In a statement by her spokesman, Ayo Osinlu, the President's wife said Soyinka betrayed the moral duty that is expected of him, as a respected member of the society, to carefully consider all shades of issues that informed his opinions on any matter.
Mrs. Jonathan said Soyinka had become an embarrassment to his admirers with his diatribe against her.
The statement read in part, "Unfortunately, Soyinka betrayed moral duty in his recent diatribe against Mrs. Patience Jonathan.
"Of course, this would not be the first time he would reach out against the First Lady, usuallyfrom self-righteously indignant lecterns.

Mum stabbs her eight month old baby 90 times

Eight months old Xiao Bao was stabbed 90 times in the face with scissors by his mother for biting her while she was breastfeeding him. The strange incident that has left many people shocked happened in Xuzhou, in the eastern China Jiangsu province. After the attack, the mother disappeared leaving the infant in a pool of his blood in the yard of their home. Xiao was found by his uncle who rushed him to the hospital. The baby needed more than 100 stitches. The mother, who has since been arrested, is not known to be suffering any kindof mental illness.

Family of four crushed to death in edo

  A family of four has been crushed to death by a tanker at Egba junction along the Benin-Auchi express road.

 

Witnesses said the family consisted of the father, mother and two children.The tanker was said to have fallen on the Honda car they were travelling in and killed all the occupants.

Its content, suspected to be fuel spilled on the road and the first car that attempted to drive through the crash went up in flames killing the driver.The accident caused traffic gridlock along the express road.

 

Officials of the fire service were called to prevent spread of the fire. Edo State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, Kenneth Nwaegbe said one person has been found dead. He said the fire was yet to be put out.
