Am not involved in the Bombing of Madalla Catholic Church- Kabiru Sokoto

Mr Kabiru Sokoto the Alleged mastermind of the December 25,2011 bombing of st Theressa's Catholic church in madalla,Niger State has denied been involved in the said Crime. he pleaded not Guilty on Friday to an Amended -two count terrorism charge brought against him by the Federal Government. Sokoto whose real name is Kabiru Umar was arraigned amid tight security before an Abuja Federal High Court presided by Justice Ademola Adeniyi. He was initially slated to appear before the judge on march 20th but the absence his counsel slatted the process. Sokoto's Wife and child was also present in the court.

In a short ruling, Justice Adeniyi fixed May 2, 6 and 9 2013 for his trial and also ordered SSS to retain him in their Custody till the trial date.more photos after the cut
